Qualification: Engineering Graduate; MBA in Marketing preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage plant-wise sales operations and Sales Engineers.
- Achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Develop current customers across automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and industrial segments.
- Handle RFQs, quotations, pricing negotiations, and new business development.
- Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely customer deliveries.
- Manage customer relationships, payment follow-ups, and escalations.
- Monitor plant-wise sales performance, order bookings, and sales forecasts.
- Prepare monthly sales MIS and review team performance.
