Job Title: Counter Sales Executive / Retail Sales Executive for TANISHQ Store in Bijnor

Reports To: Store Manager / Showroom Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a presentable, customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to assist customers in selecting jewellery, deliver an excellent in-store experience, and drive sales while maintaining the security and presentation of merchandise.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and engage customers, understand their preferences, occasion, and budget
- Showcase and explain jewellery designs, materials (gold, diamond, silver), purity, and pricing
- Handle billing, making charges, and exchange/old gold valuation processes
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Build long-term customer relationships and handle after-sales service/queries
- Stay updated on current designs, market gold/silver rates, and ongoing schemes or promotions





Requirements

- Graduate/: prior experience in jewellery or retail preferred
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of gold/diamond is a plus
- Pleasant personality and well-groomed appearance
- Trustworthy with strong integrity (handling high-value inventory)
- Proficiency in billing software/POS systems
- Ability to work on weekends/holidays as per retail schedule
