Roles and Responsibilities

- Oversee anode furnace operations, ensuring optimal performance and quality of production.

- Manage equipment maintenance, including refractory replacement and repair to prevent downtime.

- Coordinate with casting team to ensure timely delivery of castings meeting required specifications.

- Monitor molten metal handling processes to minimize defects and optimize yield.

- Collaborate with metallurgists to develop current products and improve existing ones.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8-12 years of experience in anode furnace & caster operations or related field.

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in relevant discipline (Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy).

- Strong understanding of process automation & control systems; knowledge of process improvements preferred.

- Proficiency in furnace operations, equipment management, metallurgical expertise, molten metal handling, refractory maintenance.
