- Handle all the litigation matters
- Manage legal notices, court cases, and coordination with external advocates and legal consultants.
- Ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws, labour laws, and other statutory requirements.
- Draft, vet, and review contracts, agreements, legal notices, and other legal documents.
- Support corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and secretarial coordination, wherever required.
- Liaise with internal departments, government authorities, labour officers, and legal professionals.
- Maintain legal records, case trackers, and compliance documentation.
- Provide legal advice to management on employment matters, contractual risks, and business operations.
Eligibility & Experience
- LLB is mandatory; LLM will be an added advantage.
