Responsibilities

- Work with colleagues and clients across multiple countries, building experience across diverse industries.
- Ship real solutions used in live client environments - from internal tools and dashboards to AI-enabled workflows and external software tools.
- Get hands-on exposure to digital transformation, data platforms, AI use cases, and modern engineering practices while working alongside experienced advisors and builders.
- Grow quickly through close mentorship and increasing ownership of features, solutions and client workstreams as you develop.

What you will be doing

Youll be diving deep into the world of technology, data and AI, turning real business problems into working software. From day one, youll be involved across the full lifecycle - from understanding client workflows to designing, building and shipping solutions - and youll work closely with senior team members on live advisory projects. Specifically, you will:

- Support the team in mapping out client business processes and building custom software solutions and internal tools.
- Support in evaluating tools, platforms and architectures for client recommendations.
- Help create presentation materials and tech solution outlines for clients.
- Help us build full-stack tech and data solutions for our client engagements.




- Support us with the commercial aspects of an advisory business, including case studies, proposals and thought-leadership content on tech, data and AI.

Requirements

- You hold or are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science or a related discipline, or you can show equivalent practical experience
- Exceptionally robust internships and project experience can be considered if you can demonstrate real ownership and impact
- You are comfortable with modern web and mobile frameworks, both front-end and back-end
- Experience with LLMs, RAG systems, AI agents, workflow automation, vector databases, or open-source AI tools such as OpenClaw is considered a strong plus
- You enjoy solving real-world business problems with technology, not just writing code in isolation
- You're comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment and communicating clearly with a distributed team
- You take ownership of your work, ask good questions, and are willing to go one or two layers deeper than what was asked when needed
