Product Owner - Product Management & Requirements Gathering

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong expertise in Product Management, Requirements Gathering, and Market Research . The role owns product vision, backlog prioritization, and delivery of business value through Agile practices. The Product Owner will collaborate with stakeholders and development teams, using Jira , Stakeholder Management , Scrum , and Azure DevOps capabilities to support effective product delivery, while applying Competitive Analysis in the product context.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, applying robust Product Management practices.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and product objectives.
- Lead Requirements Gathering , translating business needs into clear, actionable user stories.
- Create acceptance criteria and validate completed features against defined requirements.
- Apply Stakeholder Management skills when collaborating with business stakeholders and development teams.
- Support Agile delivery activities using Jira and Azure DevOps .
- Participate in Scrum activities, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.




- Drive release planning and feature prioritization while balancing business priorities, technical constraints, and user needs.
- Conduct Market Research and Competitive Analysis to support informed product decisions.
- Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
