Job Summary

As a Scrum Master and Business Analyst with over 6 years of experience, you will play a dual role in facilitating Agile Scrum processes while analysing and documenting business requirements to ensure high-quality project delivery. You are responsible for promoting Agile best practices, coaching teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to align on project goals.

Responsibilities

- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor Scrum teams on Agile/Scrum principles, promoting continuous improvement and removing impediments.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain a explicit and prioritized product backlog.
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and functional specifications.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Track project progress through metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and sprint reports.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among distributed teams including developers, QA, and DevOps.
- Support scaling Agile processes and adapting methodologies to fit organizational needs.
- Identify risks and issues, proactively driving resolution to keep projects on track.
- Use Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, and other project management software effectively.

Qualifications





- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or equivalent Agile certification.
- 6+ years of experience in Agile environments as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of Scrum framework, Agile methodologies, and business analysis principles.
- Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in writing user stories, use cases, and functional requirements.
- Proficient with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
- Experience working in software development or IT projects involving SaaS, microservices, or enterprise systems is a plus.
