- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and/or chat.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and within defined timelines.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Fresher & experienced both can apply.
- Grad / Undergrad both can apply.
- Rotational shifts.
