The Opportunity

We are seeking an leaders to build, lead, and scale our sales operations in India. This is a high-impact role with end-to-end responsibility for revenue growth, market entry strategy, and team development.

You will work closely with global leadership while having the autonomy to shape our go-to-market approach locally.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the India sales strategy aligned with global objectives

- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team

- Drive new business acquisition and strategic partnerships

- Establish strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

- Own revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline management

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams globally

- Provide market insights to inform product and pricing strategies





What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in leadership, ideally within an international or high-growth company

- Strong track record of building and developing sales teams in India

- Deep understanding of the Indian market and customer landscape

- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution

- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

- Experience working with global teams and senior stakeholders
