Build and drive Pacifics business technology and digital transformation agenda. Create a connected, data-driven operating environment by integrating existing systems, digitising core processes, and building current digital capabilities.

Key responsibilities

- Define and drive the digital transformation roadmap and target technology architecture in line with business priorities.
- Lead digitisation of critical processes across operations, supply chain, inventory, commercial, and customer-facing functions.
- Build on and integrate existing platforms, including the manufacturing ERP and Salesforce CRM, and close gaps in the technology landscape.
- Establish data architecture, common definitions,



and management dashboards that give leadership timely visibility into key metrics.
- Own digital initiatives end-to-end, from solution design through implementation, rollout, and adoption.
- Manage technology partners and system integrators, and establish governance over technology investments, systems, and data ownership.
