We have an immediate requirement of a Manager – MarCom, detailed Job description is given below. We are leaders for years in the field of raw materials for polyurethanes and now looking for extraordinary performers who believe in the best. This position is for Fabrics division.

1. Role Objective

To manage the company's brand communication, digital presence, exhibitions, events, social media, marketing collateral, internal/external communication and lead-generation activities, ensuring a consistent and professional brand image across all platforms.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Digital Marketing & Social Media

- Manage LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms.
- Prepare and publish regular company updates, product posts, project achievements and event/exhibition content.
- Develop a monthly social media/content calendar.
- Coordinate photography and video content during exhibitions, customer visits and company events.
- Monitor engagement, followers, reach and enquiries.
- Coordinate with external digital/creative agencies wherever required.

B. Content & Brand Communication

- Prepare company profiles, brochures, presentations, product literature and newsletters.
- Develop content for websites, LinkedIn, email campaigns and marketing material.
- Ensure all communication follows the company's approved branding and corporate identity.
- Coordinate with technical, sales and R&D; teams to obtain accurate product information.

C. Exhibitions & Events

- Plan and coordinate participation in domestic and international exhibitions.




- Manage stall design, branding, brochures, visitor registration and promotional material.
- Coordinate with sales and management teams before, during and after exhibitions.
- Ensure daily photographs/videos are captured and shared for LinkedIn and other marketing activities.
- Prepare post-event reports including leads generated, customer meetings and business opportunities.

D. Website Management

- Coordinate website content updates.
- Ensure product information, company news, exhibitions and other significant information remains current.
- Coordinate with the web development agency for technical/content changes.
- Monitor website enquiries and ensure they are forwarded to the relevant sales team.

E. Marketing Collateral

- Manage development of:
- Company presentations
- Product brochures
- Product catalogues
- Flyers
- Company profiles
- Exhibition banners
- Corporate videos
- Emailers
- Digital creatives

F. Sales & Lead Generation Support

- Work closely with Sales to develop marketing campaigns.
- Support lead-generation initiatives.
- Track enquiries generated through digital campaigns, exhibitions and other marketing activities.
- Maintain a marketing lead database and coordinate with Sales for follow-up.

G. Market & Competitor Intelligence

- Monitor competitors' marketing activities, product launches and digital presence.
- Track industry trends and customer communication.
- Prepare periodic market intelligence reports for management.
