Role & Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Rewards Management, Employee Central (EC), and SAP SmartRecruiters.
- Manage Compensation and Variable Pay plans, salary reviews, bonus programs, merit increases, and reward cycles.
- Configure Employee Central modules, including employee data, foundation objects, business rules, workflows, and HR processes.
- Work on SAP SmartRecruiters configuration, recruitment workflows, requisition management, candidate pipelines, interview processes, and offer management.
- Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective HR solutions.
- Support end-to-end implementations, system integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure data accuracy, process efficiency, and compliance with business requirements.
- Prepare functional documentation and support user training and knowledge transfer.





Preferred Candidate Profile

- Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Rewards Management, Employee Central (EC), and SAP SmartRecruiters.
- Solid understanding of Compensation, Variable Pay, salary planning, employee lifecycle management, and recruitment processes.
- Experience in configuration, business rules, workflows, integrations, and system testing.
- Exposure to end-to-end implementation projects and production support.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
