Drafting & Modelling

Prepare detailed fabrication drawings, General Arrangement Drawings (GADs), and assembly drawings for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and skid-mounted systems.

1.Develop accurate 3D models and assemblies using Autodesk Inventor.

2.Generate manufacturing drawings from design calculations, process data sheets, and engineering inputs.

3.Prepare nozzle orientation drawings, weld details, support details, and structural fabrication drawings.

4.Create skid layouts, structural steel models, platform/access ladder details, and piping support arrangements.

Equipment Detailing

1.Perform detailing of pressure vessels and heat exchangers as per ASME Section VIII and project requirements.

2.Prepare detailed drawings for:

Shells

Dish Ends

Nozzles

Supports (Saddles, Skirts, Legs, Lugs)

Manways

Internal Components

Structural Skids

3.Prepare fabrication details considering manufacturing feasibility and shop practices.Role & responsibilities

Engineering Documentation

Generate Bills of Materials (BOMs) from PV Elite outputs, design calculations, PDS,



and engineering drawings.

1.Update drawings based on design revisions, client comments, and internal review comments.

2.Maintain drawing revision history and document control records.

3.Ensure all released drawings comply with company drafting standards and client specifications.

Client & Project Coordination

1.Review and resolve client comments on drawings in consultation with the design team.

2.Coordinate with Design, Quality, Production, Purchase, and Project departments for drawing clarification and release.

3.Participate in internal design review meetings and implement comments.

Drawing Release Activities

1.Release drawings through the Document Transmittal Note (DTN) system.

2.Support drawing submissions to various departments for procurement, manufacturing, quality, and inspection activities.

3.Assist in preparation of manufacturing dossiers and documentation packages.
