Role & responsibilities :

- Plant HR & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment for operators, technicians, supervisors, and staff; coordinate manpower planning with department heads.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, welfare initiatives, and engagement activities.
- Industrial Relations (IR): Manage union relations, collective bargaining, labour negotiations, and industrial disputes to maintain harmonious relations.
- HR Operations: Oversee attendance, leave, shift management, employee documentation, payroll coordination, and advantages administration.
- Labour Law Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, audits, and inspections.
- Performance Management: Coordinate performance appraisals, performance improvement plans,



and employee productivity initiatives.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate safety, technical, skill-based, and compliance training programs.
- HR MIS & Analytics: Prepare HR reports and track manpower, attrition, absenteeism, and productivity metrics.
