Qualification / Experience

- Diploma (Electrical) with minimum 2 years experience or
- B. Tech. (Electrical) with minimum 1 Years experience

Technical Competency

- Well conversant with Facility Engineering Infrastructure including MEP (Electrical Distribution, UPS Units, Battery Systems, Critical Comfort AC etc.), Fire Safety (Fire Alarm Systems, Detection Systems, VESDA Suppression Systems) ELV Systems (CCTV Access Control Systems, Water Leak Detection System, Rodent Repellant Systems etc.
- Experienced in managing Operation Maintenance of low side Engineering Infrastructure of facilities
- Well versed with operation of BMS / Centralized Command Center
- Sound knowledge of critical environment including UPS Rooms, Battery Rooms, IT Areas Plant Rooms)




- Good understanding of escalation processes for notifying stakeholders as per various alarm categories

Communication Skills

- Good English reading, writing speaking skills.
- Identify and choose most appropriate canned responses and amend, as needed, in transparent grammatically correct English .
