Role Purpose .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop solid and constructive relationships with engineering,

product and R&D; stakeholders.

• Act as a key contact point for technical recruitment, sourcing and

strategy queries raised with the RPO team.

•Seek feedback actively and act on it to drive optimum solutions for

both parties. Search and Market Intelligence

• Run R&D; and technology mandates through boolean search, X-ray

search, head-hunting and market mapping.

• Define must-have skills, tech stacks and seniority levels with hiring

managers, and align sourcing with product and R&D; roadmaps.

• Build and share market intelligence on target companies, emerging

skill availability and compensation.
