We are looking for a Performance Test Engineer with hands-on experience in Operating System level performance testing using PassMark tools. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing, executing, and analyzing benchmark and performance tests across Windows and/or Linux environments. The candidate should be capable of identifying system bottlenecks and providing performance recommendations based on benchmark results.
Experience with application performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner will be an added advantage.
Mandatory Skills
- Solid hands-on experience with PassMark PerformanceTest and related benchmarking tools
- Experience in Operating System level performance testing and benchmarking
- Knowledge of system performance metrics including:
- CPU utilization
- Memory consumption
- Disk I/O
- Network throughput
- System responsiveness
- Experience in analyzing benchmark results and identifying performance bottlenecks
- Understanding of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
- Ability to create detailed performance reports and recommendations
Optional Skills
- Experience with Apache JMeter
- Experience with Micro Focus LoadRunner
- Knowledge of application performance testing concepts
- Basic understanding of performance monitoring tools
- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
- Scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Shell Scripts, or Python
