Role & Responsibilities

AM Growth Partners is a growing strategy and marketing consulting firm specialising in brand development, lead generation, admissions growth, and business expansion for educational institutions.

We are looking for a hands-on, analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to independently manage paid advertising campaigns for multiple clients.

This is an execution-focused role with opportunities to contribute to campaign strategy and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently plan, launch, manage and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Develop effective lead generation strategies for schools, educational institutions and other service-based businesses.
- Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, keyword research, bidding strategies and remarketing.
- Monitor and optimise CPL, CPC, CTR, conversion rates and cost per qualified lead.
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM) and conversion tracking.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators and video editors to develop high-performing advertising creatives.
- Integrate campaigns with CRM systems and monitor lead quality throughout the admissions or sales funnel.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, landing pages and campaign structures.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Research competitors, identify opportunities and continuously improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the internal strategy and admissions teams to improve overall lead-to-conversion performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Must-Have Skills:





- 2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Strong practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Proven experience managing lead generation campaigns with measurable results.
- Positive understanding of Google Search campaigns, Meta lead forms, remarketing and conversion optimisation.
- Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
- Ability to independently manage multiple client advertising accounts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to take ownership of campaigns and work with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with digital marketing agencies, educational institutions, EdTech or other lead-generation businesses.
- Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of 1 lakh or more.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, lead attribution and landing page optimisation.
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications are an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
