What You’ll Do

Handle international customer queries through voice or chat, understand customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions, and maintain professional communication throughout the interaction.

Who Can Apply?

- Freshers and experienced candidates, as per role eligibility.
- Candidates with good spoken English for voice roles or strong written English for chat roles.
- Candidates comfortable with rotational shifts and weekly offs.
- Candidates willing to work from the Ahmedabad office.
- Outstation candidates willing to relocate to Ahmedabad.

Salary & Perks

Monthly salary of 30,000–40,000, subject to the approved role and salary structure. Additional incentives, cab or meal facilities should be mentioned only where applicable.
