- Mandatory Skill: Business analyst with Automotive DMS - Sales, Service & Parts modules.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience Level: 3 to 10 years of robust professional experience encompassing business analysis and product ownership.
- Automotive Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of OEM sales, marketing, after-sales, and dealer ecosystem operations.
- Agile Methodology & Tooling: Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks. Solid hands-on proficiency in Jira for backlog and sprint management, and Confluence for maintaining centralized project documentation.
- Data & Analytics: Advanced hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and other MS tools for data analysis, reporting, and generating actionable business insights.
- Technical Familiarity: Experience acting as an Automotive CRM/DMS Senior Consultant. Familiarity with platforms such as Oracle Siebel, SAP functional Processes (ECC), Salesforce, and Mobility applications.
