Qualifications

- Technical Bachelor s Degree.
- Non-Technical Degree holders should have 4+ years of relevant experience.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong MS PowerBI skills.
- Good experience in HR Talent Data and Analytics domain.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL.
- Good MS Excel skills.
- Data analysis, Business analysis.
- Database management and reporting.
- Critical-thinking and problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Review and validate customer data as it's collected.




- Oversee the deployment of data to the data warehouse.
- Cooperate with IT department to deploy software and hardware upgrades that make it possible to leverage big data use cases.
- Monitor analytics and metrics results.
- Positive knowledge of ETL packages using Visual Studio or Informatica.
- Implement new data analysis methodologies.
- Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies.
- Good to have: Python R.
