At Subex, our Partner Ecosystem Management (PEM) solutions help operators and enterprises monetize partnerships, settle with confidence, and plug revenue leakage across wholesale, interconnect and partner settlement.

We're looking for a Principal Consultant who can turn complex partner-billing challenges into compelling, outcome-driven stories, and then help us win the deals that follow.

Responsibilities

- Tell the business story, not the feature list. Present and demo PEM capabilities framed around the critical problems customers need to solve.
- Shape winning bids. Lead detailed RFP responses and technical proposals.
- Scope smart. Assess met and unmet needs and recommend solutions that maximize value for both the customer and Subex.
- Build stakeholder buy-in. Engage everyone who matters within the customer organization and adapt the solution to earn their support.
- Go where the deal is. Travel internationally for presentations, bid defenses and POCs.
- Be the early-warning system.



Track customer sentiment through the sales cycle and flag risks to closure before they surface.
- Partner with Sales. Co-own opportunities from first meeting to business case, POC and close.
- Be the voice of Subex in Partner Management. Represent us through white papers, blogs, customer presentations, conferences and user groups.
- Stay ahead of the market. Track trends in the Partner Management domain and spot new business and IT services opportunities for customers.

What we're looking for:

- Strong experience in telecom billing: wholesale, interconnect and partner settlement
- Hands-on experience with a wholesale or interconnect billing tool
- Exposure to presales methods and processes
- A consultative, business-outcomes-first approach to demos
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
- Comfort working in a hybrid mode from Bangalore
- Readiness for international travel to customer sites
