Responsibilities

- control panel design with suppliers and proving concept, EOL and function test requirements addition in control panel , automation logic, schematics, validation of set up
- Selection of hardware and software electrical and electronics, upgradation, Plc communication, programming in PLC , HMI of Mitsubhishi, delta, Lab Bview,
- Algorithm and logic preparation,control Panel designing , Wiring , problem bugging, Trial of fixtures and establishment
- Robust EOL validation, Knowledge of CRO, multimeter, LCR, Power supply, electrical equipments and usuage,
- Knowledge of PLC, hardware, relays, software, Analog to digital conversion, digital to analog, Programming of servo, Sensors, Robotics and Automation, etc
- Trouble shooting and restoration of program
- Industry 4.0, cloud base data storage and traceability
- Ensuring timely readiness of control panels / facility as per process design within MDS time line
