Job Description

Develop and execute market penetration strategies for assigned geographies. Identify opportunities in Pharma, Biologics, Vaccines, API, CDMO, CRO and Life Sciences sectors. Generate qualified leads through industry networks, exhibitions, digital outreach and strategic partnerships. Build relationships with CXOs, Promoters, Project Heads, Engineering Heads and Procurement Teams. Lead consultative selling for Greenfield, Brownfield and Expansion projects. Manage complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to order closure. Appoint and manage local consultants, representatives and channel partners. Monitor market intelligence, investments, regulations and competitor activities. Represent Spectrum at conferences, exhibitions and industry forums. Candidates must possess established contacts and business relationships within pharmaceutical and life sciences companies in one or more of the target regions and demonstrate the ability to independently generate
opportunities and acquire current customers.
