Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage sales teams to achieve targets and grow business through effective communication, leadership, and strategy development.

- Develop and implement sales plans to increase revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance market presence.

- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing exceptional service, and identifying recent opportunities for upselling/cross-selling.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations) to drive business growth initiatives such as product launches, promotions, etc.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
