Job Description
Designation: HR Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:

Formulating Job descriptions and models for positions across PAN India operations.
Source suitable candidates based on job requirements and critical attributes, ensuring the timely delivery of quality resumes

Attracting suitable candidates through online job boards, social media, etc.
Optimize the utilization of talent sourcing portals and referrals to maintain a data bank/talent pool for future requirements.
Assist in the end-to-end process of recruitment for positions across different levels

Facilitate the entire recruitment process by scheduling interviews, verifying offer details, issuing offers, conducting follow-ups, managing the offers database, and communicating rejection notifications through emails.
Conduct salary negotiations and discussions; interpret industry benchmarks and internal parity for offer management with appropriate approvals;
Establish and manage talent pipelines for present and future job opportunities, collaborating closely with hiring managers to pinpoint staffing requirements.

Requirements:
You have relevant experience in managing end-to-end recruitment for would be a plus

1-5 years of work experience in the end-to-end recruitment life cycle
Able to manage a team
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding
Ability to execute a recruitment strategy - Ability to keep a high bar for candidate experience,
diversity sourcing, and interview processes
Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market intelligence, mapping, negotiating offers, and influencing management decision-making
Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
Proficiency in the use of social media and job boards
