About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and versatile professional to manage our new Bangalore showroom, lead guest relations and client hospitality, and handle day-to-day administrative operations. This role calls for a proactive multitasker with exceptional attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a consistently polished, well-groomed presence, ensuring every client interaction reflects the highest standards of professionalism and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing guest relations and client hospitality at the showroom
- Coordinating and hosting client visits, meetings and training sessions
- Ensuring a seamless and professional guest experience
- Independently managing day-to-day showroom and office administration
- Overseeing administrative coordination for the Hyderabad showroom and Chennai office (remotely, with physical visits when required)
- Working closely with internal teams for hospitality, travel and administrative requirements
- Supporting employee engagement activities

- Proactive, organised and polished in communication
- Confident, well-spoken and comfortable in a client-facing role
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Able to work independently and take ownership of showroom operations
