Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the branchs Direct Sales team.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly insurance sales and revenue targets.
- Drive customer acquisition through direct sales, leads, references, and local market activities.
- Monitor team performance, sales funnel, conversions, and productivity.
- Train, coach, and motivate sales executives to improve performance.
- Develop relationships with customers and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure proper documentation, KYC, compliance, and policy issuance processes.
- Track branch MIS, daily sales activity, and target achievement.
- Handle escalations and ensure valuable customer service.
