Roles and Responsibilities :
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in the customer journey.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Tableau to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to churn management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement targeted marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention.
- Conduct regular analysis of campaign effectiveness using SQL queries and provide insights for optimization.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in analytics or a related field.
- Solid understanding of churn management, customer life cycle management, and customer journey analytics.
- Proficiency in Tableau or similar tools for creating interactive dashboards.
- Experience working with large datasets using SQL.
