Job Description: Customer Relationship Executive

Role: Customer Service & Field Sales

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit customers for bank KYC, onboarding, activation, and resolution of customer queries.
- Explain the benefits of Forex Cards and cross-sell products such as international travel insurance, eSIM, and forex cash.
- Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals for additional product sales.
- Maintain accurate lead status updates and escalate customer issues when required.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in any stream is mandatory.
- Positive communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle HNI customers.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Experience in financial product sales or customer service will be an added advantage.

Experience: 0–3 years in sales or customer-facing roles.

Additional Requirements:

- Personal two-wheeler preferred.
- Local travel expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy.
