Job Description: Consultant Finance

Qualification & Experience

- Postgraduate degree in Finance, Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience.
- CA qualification and experience in Government, PSUs, or autonomous bodies are desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Support budget preparation, expenditure monitoring, and fund management.
- Process financial transactions, fund releases, and approvals through PFMS.
- Review Utilization Certificates (UCs), Statements of Expenditure (SoEs), bills, and invoices.
- Manage financial reporting, reconciliation, and MIS documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GFR, government financial rules, and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with implementing agencies, finance departments, and auditors.

Mandatory Skills

- Knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting, PFMS, DBT, and government financial procedures.
- Experience in BE/RE, UCs, SoEs, financial reconciliation, and audit compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, financial MIS, and accounting/ERP software.
