Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive
Experience: 2 to 7 Years
Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)

Job Responsibilities:

- Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through market research and networking.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage salary negotiations, offer releases, and candidate closures.
- Coordinate reference checks and background verification, wherever required.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/HRIS and update recruitment trackers.




- Prepare recruitment reports and analyze hiring metrics.
- Contribute to process improvements and enhance the candidate experience.

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri.com, social media, and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to conduct initial and competency-based interviews.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in employer branding and candidate engagement.
- Familiarity with HRIS and advanced Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
