This role is responsible to facilitate energetic and engaging training sessions, fostering professional development and maximizing organizational performance through effective knowledge transfer and skill enhancement.

Responsibilities

- Training Development and Delivery: Ensure Training Calendar Execution for their respective regions and deliver Business specific Programs as per need sign off
- Training Development and Delivery: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational objectives and learner needs.
- Training Development and Delivery: Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and methodologies to engage participants and enhance learning outcomes.
- Training Development and Delivery: Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content remains current and relevant.
- Training Development and Delivery: Maintain training materials and resources, updating content as needed to reflect changes in processes, policies, or technologies.
- Training Development and Delivery: Assess training effectiveness through evaluation tools and adapt content as necessary to optimize results.
- Training Development and Delivery: Ensure Training Program are designed and delivered to achieve Business KPIs such as Increase in Conversion Rate, Increased NPS, Stakeholder Feedback on participant s work performance post training regularly over 30-60-90 days pattern
- Training Development and Delivery: Timely Reports submission for relevant stakeholders for respective regions and training programs delivered




- Learning Management: Adhere to LMS Based Training Calendar and certification of learners by timely co-ordination
- Learning Management: Ensure RLC Store based Training data capture through LMS course attendance feature
- Learning Management: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and respects diverse perspectives.
- Learning Management: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously improve training delivery.
- Learning Management: Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue setup, and technical requirements.
- Learning Management: Serve as a resource and point of contact for trainees, addressing questions, concerns, and requests for additional support.
- Learning Management: Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, enrollment management, troubleshooting technical issues, and utilizing its features to enhance training delivery.
- People Development: Provide support and feedback to participants to enhance skill development and performance improvement.
- People Development: Create and drive Retail Learning Champ program, supporting the RLC in their responsibilities and development.
