Role & responsibilities

- Develop and implement EHS strategies aligned with business and sustainability objectives.
- Drive safety culture, risk assessments, incident investigations and accident prevention.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and ISO 14001/ISO 45001 standards.
- Lead environmental sustainability, energy efficiency, carbon reduction and waste management initiatives.
- Manage EHS audits, emergency preparedness and enterprise risk mitigation.
- Implement digital EHS solutions and data-driven performance improvement.
- Lead EHS teams and collaborate with senior management and regulatory authorities

Preferred candidate profile

- 15+ years of EHS leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering or technology organizations.
- At least 10 years of multi-site EHS leadership experience.
- Robust expertise in industrial safety, environmental compliance, sustainability and ESG.
- Experience in manufacturing operations, risk management and safety transformation.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
