Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver technical training programs for mechanics, technicians, and other stakeholders on vehicle maintenance, repair, and servicing.
- Develop product knowledge training materials and conduct hands-on demonstrations to enhance customer service skills.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide product training sessions to customers and dealerships.
- Conduct service training programs for new hires or existing staff members to improve their mechanical aptitude.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in automobile industry as a trainer or instructor.
- Robust background in mechanical engineering or related field with expertise in vehicle maintenance, repair, and servicing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage audiences effectively.
