Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with 4–7 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the fixture, furniture, retail fixtures, or interior fit-out manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, generating sales, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the furniture, retail fixtures, store fit-outs, and interior solutions segments.
- Generate leads and acquire new clients, including retail brands, corporate clients, interior designers, architects, contractors, and project consultants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design, estimation, production, and operations teams to prepare quotations and proposals.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, quotations, and sales reports.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial conditions with clients.
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders,



project execution, and payments.
- Coordinate with the factory and production teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and current business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins.
- Maintain an updated client database and provide regular sales performance reports to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or key account management.
- Experience in furniture manufacturing, retail fixtures, display units, modular furniture, or interior fit-out projects will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and client-management skills.
- Ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities as required.

- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments and external clients.
- Comfortable working from the factory location in Jhajjar, Haryana.

Compensation

Salary: 5 - 7 Lakh Per Annum.
