Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop project plans, track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project schedule and quality.
- Ensure effective communication among team members through regular meetings, status updates, and issue resolution.
Job Requirements :
- 5-12 years of experience in IT project management or related field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex IT projects on time and within budget.
- Robust understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile).
- Excellent project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
