The Role We are looking for a Senior Java Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to the development of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. This role involves hands-on development, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions across front-end and back-end systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java and modern front-end frameworks. Translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions. Write clean, efficient, and testable code aligned with development standards and best practices. Participate in architectural discussions, design reviews, and code reviews. Guide junior team members by sharing technical expertise and best practices. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end features. Ensure performance, reliability, and security of applications. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and perform root cause analysis. Qualifications and Skills Robust problem-solving and analytical thinking with a results-driven mindset.
