Job Summary

Role purpose: Single accountable owner for the entire dismantling plant - Plant PL, operations, compliance, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Own plant PL drive revenue, cost, and margin targets for set goals every year
- Set and monitor KPIs across procurement, dismantling, sales, logistics, and commercial functions
- Lead capacity planning, infrastructure expansion, and recent line approvals
- Ensure full regulatory compliance - PCB authorization, RVSF norms, RTO, GST, and all statutory requirements
- Ensure SOP under ELV regulation EPR certificate generation
- Drive SOP development, quality standards, and continuous improvement culture across all departments
- Superhead team and functions such as logistic, commercial, accounts for smooth operation related to plant operation
- Knowledge EPR against vehicle recycling, portal knowhow.




- Knowledge of carbon credit against vehicle recycling
- Conduct monthly business reviews; prepare board-level MIS and performance reports
- Resolve major customer, vendor, and statutory escalations; represent plant in regulatory inspections, logistic issues

Qualifications

Graduate / MBA - Operations, Engineering, or Business Management

Experience

12-15 years; prior plant head or senior ops leadership in auto / recycling / manufacturing
