Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, upgrade and maintain Ab Initio components (Co>Operating System, GDE, Conduct>It, Control Center).
- Administer Ab Initio environments across Dev, QA, UAT and Production.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot Ab Initio batch and real-time jobs.
- Manage user access, roles and security policies.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, database and application teams.
- Perform workplace health checks, capacity planning and performance tuning.
- Support job scheduling, monitoring and restart processes.
- Handle production issues, root-cause analysis and incident resolution.
- Maintain system documentation and SOPs.
