Designation: Assistant Manager / DM

Overview

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience to join our Finance & Accounts team. The role requires hands-on experience in financial reporting, taxation, compliance, MIS, and business finance, along with the ability to independently manage responsibilities and support junior team members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and adjustment entries.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Lead direct and indirect taxation activities, including GST, TDS, advance tax workings, and income tax filings.
- Manage responses to tax assessments, notices, and statutory requirements in coordination with seniors.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory, financial, and regulatory requirements.




- Prepare and present MIS reports and financial analysis for management review.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and financial governance processes.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and implement financial best practices.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors for Audit.
- Guide, review, and mentor junior team members while ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-5 years post qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, IGAAP, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software such as Zoho Books / Tally, and Genius.
- Solid analytical & stakeholder management skills
- Experience in audit coordination, MIS reporting, or team supervision will be an advantage.
