We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell TMT bars and steel products. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, generating sales leads, and achieving monthly sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities for TMT bars and steel products.
- Identify and develop customers, including dealers, distributors, retailers, builders, contractors, civil engineers, and construction companies.
- Visit construction sites, hardware and steel shops, dealers, and distributors to generate sales.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable TMT bar products.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand competitor pricing, market demand, and business opportunities.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and commercial conditions within company guidelines.




- Coordinate with the dispatch and accounts teams to ensure timely delivery and payment collection.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain healthy customer relationships.
- Prepare daily sales reports, market visit reports, and sales forecasts.
- Expand the dealer and distributor network within the assigned territory.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Experience: 23 years in sales, preferably in TMT bars, steel, cement, building materials, or construction-related products.
- Education: Graduate or 12th pass; candidates with relevant sales experience may also apply.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of the local market and dealer network will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred.
