Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, databases, and analytical solutions using SQL, Python, Databricks, and cloud-based platforms.
- Optimize model inference, manage cloud compute resources, and improve platform performance through compute configuration (e.g., parallelization, distributed processing, data partitioning strategies), performance tuning, and deployment automation.
- Implement MLOps best practices for model lifecycle management,



and contribute to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of production-grade ML and analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with data scientists to productionize models, turn notebooks into robust Databricks jobs, and industrialize PoC experimentation into reliable services.

Skills

- Robust skills in machine learning, data engineering, data warehousing, Python programming, and PySpark.
- Advanced knowledge of Databricks in production, including Spark, Delta Lake, and Databricks SQL is required; Spark Declarative Pipelines (SDP) and Declarative Automation Bundles (DAB) are preferred.
- Experience implementing MLOps/DevOps practices, including CI/CD (e.g., Azure DevOps), environment management, and automated deployment across development, staging, and production environments.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Data Engineering, Consulting, and other Engineering teams.
- Proficient English Communication, with ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
