1. Develop and optimize formulations for lipsticks, foundations, eyeliners, mascaras, lip glosses, and other colour cosmetics.

2. Conduct laboratory trials, prepare samples, and evaluate formulation performance.

3. Select and evaluate raw materials, pigments, colours, oils, waxes, emollients, and functional ingredients.

4. Perform formulation testing, stability evaluation, and product performance assessment.

5. Troubleshoot formulation issues and optimize products according to desired specifications.

6. Maintain accurate formulation records, trial reports, specifications, and R&D; documentation.

7. Support New Product Development (NPD) from laboratory trials through scale-up and production.

8. Coordinate with QC, Production, and other departments for successful product development.

9. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, GMP, and applicable regulatory requirements.

10. Contribute new ideas for improving existing products and developing cutting-edge formulations
