What will your day look like
As a Business Performance, Analytics Reporting Specialist, you will:
- Monitor and analyse business performance and wider metrics across the Business to provide visibility of current state and ensure strategic priorities are being delivered on supporting a focus on good customer outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Lead the regular business performance review process for the Business working with key stakeholders across Finance, Product and Frontline teams
- Identify and implement changes to streamline team processes and reporting enhancements liaising with appropriate channels and stakeholders
- Develop and manage robust internal stakeholder relationships to a Senior Leadership level
- Contribute to the development of a strong risk culture and environment of continuous learning and improvement across
What will you bring
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Sound experience in banking or equivalent industry with previous experience in an analytical or performance function preferred
- Demonstrated stakeholder management capability to collaborate and influence across business areas and to a senior level
- Very strong and proven analytical skills - ability to understand and analyse complex data with a focus on quality, accuracy and details.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to partner with the business and develop quality insights and solutions
- Deals with complex situations holistically, works with minimal direction on complex
