- Manage day-to-day operations of the mall, ensuring smooth functioning of all systems including HVAC, electricals, DG sets, chillers, etc.
- Oversee technical operations team to ensure timely maintenance and repair of equipment to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance activities to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the mall premises.
Job Requirements :
- 14-20 years of experience in mall management or related field (retail industry).
- Robust knowledge of electricals, HVAC, chillers, DG sets, and other technical aspects of mall operations.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale retail properties with multiple tenants.
