Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage employee life cycle activities such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development, separation, etc.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies to ensure compliance with company regulations.
- Foster strong relationships with employees through regular engagement initiatives like talent acquisition, retention programs, grievance redressal.
- Ensure seamless execution of all HR processes by coordinating with various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business leaders to drive strategic workforce planning and talent management decisions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in an HRBP role or similar function.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ability to analyze data to inform decision-making on people-related matters.
