Title: Blue Yonder Engineer

Location: Remote

Shift: 10 am to 7 pm IST (Mon to Fri & Sunday). This is 5 days working with rotational week offs.

Number of openings: Mid level - 1 (4 to 6 years) and Junior - 2 (1 to 3 years)

Role and Responsibilities:

- Bachelors degree, Information Systems preferred with overall 8 years of experience.
- 3-4 years programming experience for Mid level & at least 1-2 years programming experience for junior

level.

- Experience with end-to-end implementation of Blue Yonder (JDA Software) applications for mid level

engineer is required and Blue Yonder support experience (batch processing) for junior is required.

- Ability to translate functional specifications into code.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Working Experience in one or more of the following languages: SQL, PL/SQL, C#, Ruby, Perl.
- Experience in PL/SQL preferred.
- Experience in Oracle and SQL Server Database systems.




- Senior level experience navigating Windows and Linux Server/VM administration skills.

Preferred Experience/Skills:

- Understanding/working experience with nightly batch processing/scripting monitoring and operations.
- Experience following SOPs, building operations and work procedures and knowledge base for repeat

problems to help make work activity repeatable, resolution of problems faster over time.

- Working experience with AWS/Azure Platforms.
- Experience working in a team setting to monitor Enterprise grade applications and databases.
- Working experience as a Tier 2 or 3 support engineer to resolve issues/cases in an enterprise

environment.

- Ability to work independently, good communication skills, prioritization and ownership of tasks.
