We are seeking an energetic and result-driven Sales Representative for field marketing in Pune and PCMC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products/services, generating leads, and building robust customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Sales Lead Generation

- Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and market research.
- Promote company products/services to prospective clients.
- Convert leads into successful sales orders.

Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations as required.
- Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly.

Market Research Reporting

- Gather market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to management.
- Suggest strategies to improve market reach and sales performance.

Coordination Follow-up





- Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns.
- Follow up with clients for payments and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

- Graduate / Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of field sales or marketing experience (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Qualifications

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Work Schedule

- Days: Monday to Saturday
- Time: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM
