Role Summary

Provide L3 Salesforce development and integration support for Apex, Lightning and connected enterprise applications.

Must-have Skills

- Apex, triggers and asynchronous processing
- Lightning Web Components and SOQL/SOSL
- REST/SOAP APIs and platform events
- Security model and governor limits
- Deployment, regression and integration troubleshooting

Key Responsibilities
- Resolve Apex and integration defects
- Support SAP/Informatica data synchronization
- Deliver approved minor enhancements
- Perform testing and deployment validation
- Support Salesforce seasonal releases

Project-specific Requirements
- Hands-on L2/L3 production support experience and ability to independently diagnose incidents from day one.
- Willingness to work in the assigned IST/EST-aligned support shift and participate in the defined P1 on-call rotation.
- Solid written and verbal communication with business users, Service Desk, NOC/ProdOps, retained technical teams and product vendors.
- Ability to create and maintain runbooks,



KEDB articles, RCA records and transition documentation.
- Experience estimating minor changes, supporting testing and validating production releases.
- Ability to join P1 bridges for code-level or integration failures.
- Experience estimating changes and identifying work that should move to CR/SOW.
